Regular price items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, or returned for store credit only. No refunds.
Store credit is provided via e-Gift Cards. Upon receiving your return, we will email you with your unique code to apply your credit, as well as instructions on how to do so. Store credit never expires.
For Store Credit & Gift Cards: you can enter your code in the same area provided for discount codes. Your balance will be automatically adjusted and available to use on your next purchase if you do not use the full credit all at once.
Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or with a discount code are final sale, as is.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or fragrances, and in the same plastic bag and same exact condition that you received it in.
If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or store credit only.
Please include a note with your return stating: your order number, the reason for the return; and if you are requesting an exchange, please let us know what you would like in return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties/fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
- Please note: we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
